After a massive, successful, 3 stage takeover of Seattle's historic Crocodile venue, Black & Loud Fest, the celebration of Black-fronted bands that everyone is invited to, takes its first steps from its home territory to bring the celebration down to Portland. Backed with the support of title sponsor Jack Daniel's and the Black Business Association of Oregon, this festival born from the DIY spirit aims to give folks the chance to share support, love, and mosh pits for one of rock, and alternative music's most underrepresented and uncredited contributing groups. Black & Loud Fest aims to celebrate these bands with folks from all walks of life by sharing experiences and insights about these issues, giving the talented and underrepresented community of alternative Black artists their flowers, and throwing one of the most kick-ass music festivals in the Pacific Northwest. And guess what?
