Crispy Gai Pop-Up
Portland, Maine will join forces with Portland, Oregon at this one-of-a-kind pop-up collaboration. Chef Cyle Reynolds of the Maine-based Thai restaurant and cocktail bar Crispy Gai will team up with Colin Yoshimoto of Eem to present a special menu with dishes like brisket khao soi gai, pad pet goong (shrimp, Chinese celery, dry curry, krapow), and no fewer than three types of fried chicken wings (extra crispy Hat Yai wings with fried shallots, Thai-Sichuan wings with numbing spices, and gaeng pet wings with red curry and makrut lime leaf). Of course, there will be plenty of colorful tropical libations to wash everything down. Only walk-ins will be accepted, and everything will be available à la carte.
