Help the galactic-themed brewery celebrate eight trips around the sun with the release of a new anniversary beer (8th Orbit, an Italian-style pilsner available in cans and on tap starting October 20), a limited-edition tie-dye 8th Orbit Anniversary T-shirt, special rare beers on tap, and a special spiced goat cheese-stuffed endive with olive tapenade appetizer (or a vegan variation). Ecliptic will also release their rare 2016 Barrel-Aged Oort Imperial Stout from their cellars and will have bottles available for sale.
