Welcome to a slice of sunny Colombia amid Portland's winter!


Entre Primaveras is a mixed media & bilingual solo show by local artist @natsandme. Her new body of work speaks about their recent trip back home to Pereira, Colombia. It touches on the themes of migration, identity, & the meaning of Home as a patchwork of people, food, culture, and nature. Just as migratory birds fly back South, this warm and Colorful show is here to transport you into Natalia's childhood home in the heart of Colombia's coffee region.


We hope our show sparks the questions of what home means to you? What does it mean to have more than one place to call home & how this nurtures your identity? Our opening event will be a place to share and weave our collective stories. Join us Friday, December 15th between 5-8pm to experience this heartwarming show!


Our art show is brought to you by the Regional Arts and Culture Council's Art3C Grant Program, hosted by Sonny's House and created by Natalia Cardona Puerta. All pieces will be available for purchase and will be on display until January 14th. *Masks are required.

Bienvenidos a un pedacito de Colombia en medio del invierno en PDX.


Entre Primaveras, es un show de técnicas mixtas creado por la artista local @natsandme. Su nueva colección de pinturas y poemas está inspirada en su viaje a casa en Pereira, Colombia. Entre Primaveras toca temáticas de inmigración, identidad, el significado de tener un hogar en dos lugares del mundo; y cómo estos se entrelazan en un rompecabezas de personas, comida, cultura y paisajes. Así como los pájaros migratorios vuelan al Sur en invierno, este show te transportará al calorcito del Eje Cafetero, a la casa en donde Natalia disfrutó su infancia. 


Esperamos en nuestro show inspiré en ti preguntas de lo que significa el hogar para ti. De cómo ser migrante transforma tu noción de echar raíces y como eso transforma tu identidad. Este evento será el lugar perfecto para compartir nuestras historias. ¡Acompáñanos el viernes 15 de diciembre entre las 5 y las 8 p. m. para experimentar este conmovedor show!
