Boston-based artist Georgie Friedman creates videos, sculptural installations, and site-specific projects that "focus on our personal and societal relationships to severe environmental circumstances," and BREATHING– LIGHT is no exception—the video and sound installation (Friedman's first solo exhibition in the Pacific Northwest) ponders "tiny and immense things that connect us all" with NASA imagery of the sun and an immersive soundscape.
