What's On Them: Three Sisters organic tortilla chips, sharp cheddar and Los Roast green Chile cheese sauce, black beans, pickled red onion, tomato, free-range egg, and green onion.
What They Say About Them: We love breakfast, and what is better on nachos than a fried egg! (Even if it’s for dinner) We are inspired by the small local businesses in our community and used ingredients from several local purveyors for this dish.
