What They're Called: Philly Cheese Nachos
What's On Them: Corn tortillas, ancho-marinated chicken (or mushrooms for vegetarian), provolone cheese sauce, caramelized onion, grilled peppers, and fire-roasted Anaheim pepper sauce.
What They Say About Them: A little bit Philly meets a little bit West Coast. We will have chicken or mushroom Philly nachos, as well as a whole Philly-themed menu for the week!
