This year's annual police forum features Chief Danielle Outlaw, and panels with young Portland entrepreneurs, focused on the impact of policing in Portland on youth, and the relations between the PPB and Portland's younger populace. All middle school, high school, and college aged attendees will be given $20 for attending, due to the focus grouped nature of the second half of the program.
