Watch colorful Hong Kong-style dragon boats cut through the water at Portland's annual dragon boat festival, which is making a fiery return after a two-year hiatus. Local and visiting teams will race a 500-meter section of the Willamette River adjacent to the RiverPlace Marina as spectators cheer them on and enjoy food vendors, a beer garden, and more entertainment.
