What's On It: Two Salvadoran cheese, bell pepper and loroco pupusas (loroco is a wild flower that grows in El Salvador that we bring over here to Portland), Salvi beef patty, jalapeños, curtido (Salvi pickled slaw), and salsa roja. 100% gluten-free
