What's On It: Two Salvadoran cheese, bell pepper and loroco pupusas (loroco is a wild flower that grows in El Salvador that we bring over here to Portland), Salvi beef patty, jalapeños, curtido (Salvi pickled slaw), and salsa roja. 100% gluten-free
What They Say About It: One of a kind amazing, you’ve never had anything like this. Salvi PDX is taking El Salvador and mixing it will a little bit of the Rose City!
