What they say: "In keeping with Atlas Pizza Division's tradition of smoking meats for Pizza Week, we’ve come up with the 'Sophia Loren.' This year, it’s house-smoked pancetta, a traditional Italian bacon. We're pairing it with Mama Lil's peppers for a little heat, with fontina and mozzarella cheese to smooth it out. We're finishing it with some sweet honey. Sweet Italian heat—the 'Sophia Lauren!'"
