What's On It: Tomato sauce, roasted asparagus, cherry tomatoes, corn picante, green onions, mama lil and pepperoncini relish, fresh arugula, touch of sea salt.

What They Say About It: Inspired by the changing of the seasons from winter into spring, mixed with our desire to warm up from this long cold winter. We used in season spring veggies with some corn picante, a relish made from Mama Lil's peppers and pepperoncini's to bring just the right amount of heat to warm anybody up.
