What's On It: Beef burger, Swiss cheese, fried onions, sweet chili sauce, shiso, and slaw
What They Say: "This burger is inspired by the burger I did in 2014 for Burger Week at my old Smallwares location. We have so many requests for it, so I figured I would play on it. It's sort of a Smallwares version of the all-American burger, with a mayo-based special sauce. It will have a few new twists to it, of course. :)"
When You Can Eat It: Mon-Fri 5-10 pm, Sat 10 am-2 pm and 5-10 pm
