Those Willows 2013 EP, Existential Folks, is a delicately pretty recording, with Jack Wells and Mel Tarter entwining their voices in such a way that it's difficult to tell who's singing what. Feather-soft percussion, tasteful guitars, and subtle keyboards bring these songs into clear definition, but it's the duo's exquisite, almost eerie vocal blend that sets them apart. NED LANNAMANN
