Join us for a culinary experience to celebrate the diversity of Asian restaurants in Portland and the intersection between Asian culture and vegan cuisine.

One evening of storytelling and community.

Sri Lankan kiribath coconut milk rice with lunu miris spicy onion relish and kiri kos mature jackfruit curry

Alley Mezza
Syrian kabab khashkhash grilled vegan lamb with saba’a baharat (seven spices), Aleppo chili, chargrilled tomatoes, Biwaz salad of white onions with parsley and sumac

Surong
Crispy yuba and nori roll with Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal brine, cordyceps fungus, fermented shiitake mushroom, vegan mayo, furikake

Sibeiho
Singaporean laksa spicy noodle soup with Yo! Egg vegan poached egg

Jade Rabbit
Filipino pinakbet ampalaya bitter melon stew with vegan pork, okra, eggplant, tomatoes, served with rice

Kulfi
South Asian mini mango coconut falooda with mango puree, basil seeds, rice noodles, vegan jelly, almond milk, coconut cream, dairy-free whip cream, shredded coconut

Four glutinous rice flour mini doughnuts: ube, black sesame, strawberry, coconut mango

Each restaurant will serve one vegan gluten-free dish and share a few words about their creation. Menu subject to change based on availability of ingredients.

Guests will be seated at communal tables. If your party purchased tickets separately, but would like to be seated together, please email veganizerpdx@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests.
