Eem general manager Angela “Ang” D’Occhio and former Mocking Bird employee Buddy Richter specialize in plant-based Philly cheesesteaks. Their take on the regional carnivore-staple sandwich is made with textured vegetable protein and vital wheat gluten, with pockets of coconut oil fat and a cashew- and coconut oil-based cheese. Besides cheesesteaks, they also offer vegan mozzarella sticks, hoagies, fries, meatballs, and the Philly favorite "water ice."
