The Four Seasons downtown named its restaurant and lounge ART in a tribute to the property's Pacific Northwest art collection and an all-caps shout-out to the Seattle Art Museum across the street (and maybe also a calling-out of SAM's restaurant/lounge, TASTE). Chef Kerry Sear (of Belltown's late, posh Cascadia), returned to the deep, plush pockets of the hotel chain to run ART; the place is a study in contemporary elegance with sweeping Elliott Bay views, local/seasonal ingredients, and so forth.
