There's a big hot tub, and dry and steam saunas, and a place to take a naplet. There's a cold plunge in the form of a shower that dumps frigidness onto your head when you pull a lever. There is no talking, only whispering, and if you break this rule, you will be scolded, which is kind of fun and funny, and then you can return to being quiet, because after all, you came here to get quieter, to get away.
