This family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant from owners Hector and Amelia Mendez, who opened their first restaurant 27 years ago and also have locations in Everett and Mill Creek, is set to open on March 16. The menu will includes the business's famous carne asada, plus sizzling fajitas, street tacos with handmade tortillas, camarones al mojo, and more, along with sweets like doughnuts, cupcakes, and macarons from Frost, the couple's doughnut company.
