This new food truck from former Skillet and RockCreek chef Seth Richardson slings sandwiches made with a variety of smoked meats. Menu offerings so far include a porchetta sandwich, a hot fried chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger, and a smoked beef brisket sandwich, with sides like fried Brussels sprouts and loaded jo-jo potato wedges with pork belly. The truck will also feature a soft serve ice cream machine with desserts like smoked sea salt caramel sundaes.
