Shuga Jazz Bistro
Wayne Johnson, formerly of Ray’s Boathouse and Andaluca (and always of an awesome smile), runs this Southern-inspired restaurant and club in Renton, which, as the name implies, has live jazz several nights a week—and a great-looking lineup, too. As for the name: "Shuga was named for the endearing term used by our grandmothers when they welcomed us into their homes and into their arms.”
