A snug little bar below street level where the staff is ultra professional and the clientèle is mostly professional, too. And it's a good meeting point for ACT Theatre patrons. Signature cocktails are pricey but well-crafted. Several inconspicuous TVs show sports or news, and you'll find comfy, lounge-worthy furniture if you go all the way to the back of the room. A generous progressive happy hour runs from 3 pm-6 pm ($2 beers and wine, $3 snacks like fish tacos and pork spring rolls) and another late-night food and drink special starts at 9 pm.
