Aqua by El Gaucho
Located on the waterfront at the end of Pier 70 (and formerly known as Waterfront), Aqua by El Gaucho serves up a myriad of seafood, about which reports vary (except when it comes to price, which everyone agrees is high). The dining room is huge, with Puget Sound views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The deck looks like an enviable place to be in nice weather, and the bar, which looks out onto the Sculpture Park, is nice to sit at (with a good happy hour for the less affluent among us).
