Portland (more specifically, you, a Portlander) made it through another pandemic winter, and there's no better way to celebrate than by filling your life with the ephemeral blooms that return this time of year. Whether you're in the market for some new plant babies (which you can adopt at 2022 Spring Garden Fair), you're in the mood for a flower-filled road trip (like the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival), or you want to stroll through some trees closer to home (like the Trillium Festival at Tryon Creek State Park or the perennially popular Waterfront Park Cherry Blossoms), we've rounded up all the best ways to celebrate the natural bounty of the season.
