Portland Institute for Contemporary Art’s (PICA) Time-Based Art (TBA) Festival will make its return next month. This year, the event is introducing a pay-what-you-can pricing and single-pass structure. Passes are on sale now.
Beginning September 4th, the Moda Center and the Veterans Memorial Coliseum will be requiring guests ages 12+ to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test result within 72 hours of the event they are attending.
