Kate's Ice Cream founder Katelyn Williams grew up in Louisiana, so Mardi Gras holds a special place in her heart. The vegan shop is putting a spin on traditional king cake by incorporating it into ice cream form, complete with cinnamon cream cheese king cake chunks and purple, green, and gold Mardi Gras sprinkles. The flavor is available in scoops, pints, and ice cream sandwiches. Crucially, each scoop comes with the traditional baby figurine, so you can crown yourself royalty for a day.
