The following description comes from the event organizer.
A tiny man living under a stove terrifies and seduces a neglected housewife. A boy spends his life running around the globe, afraid of the moon. A cloistered elite idles in a land of light, color, and consumer pleasures, but must confront a separate world of darkness behind a door. These are some of the visions in the absurd existential dreamscapes of Estonian animator Priit Pärn. Eschewing the elegant stylings of Soviet animation of the time, Pärn opted for a surreal style that could be ugly and disturbing, but even more varied and meticulous. This program includes his masterpieces HOTEL E and BREAKFAST ON THE GRASS, along with many other rare treats from his career.
