What's On It: Boke fried chicken dipped in hot and sour gochujang sauce, Chinese mustard slaw, and pickles, on a toasted An Xuyen brioche bun
What They Say About It: We are famous for our buttermilk fried chicken, so we decided to marry the concept of a Nashville hot chicken with a Korean chili dip instead. We love how it tastes on the buttery bun from our favorite local Asian bakery, An Xuyen!
