In the last 15 years, the Nordic food movement, defined by its emphasis on local, natural and seasonal produce, has inspired world-famous chefs and home cooks alike. Nordia House will kick off their New Nordic Cuisine exhibit, which examines the Nordic value-driven food system, with appetizers and a lecture from Thor Erikson.
