Biamp PDX Jazz Festival is back for its 19th annual celebration of Portland Jazz music and culture. This absolutely stacked lineup features a jaw-dropping mix of award-winning masters and the current generation of musicians who are innovating the genre. Highlights include the most-recorded jazz bassist in history Ron Carter, critically-acclaimed contemporary free-jazz master Angel Bat Dawid, performance and free beat-making workshop from psychedelic soul/jazz wizard MNDSGN, Tom Waits' Rain Dogs collaborator/guitarist Marc Ribot, and the Grammy-winning all-female Mariachi group Flor de Toloache.
