Fortunately, Perfume Genius' Mike Hadreas figured out how to summon the goods." And boy, does he keep summoning! His sixth album, Ugly Season, is his most experimental yet with a warm embrace of the industrial sound that subtly shines in his past albums. However, the album includes plenty of catchy moments as well, like the aptly titled "Pop Song." He will swing through town alongside fellow pop experimentalist 1010benja.
