SKY Breath and Meditation Premium Course incorporates both SKY Breath Meditation a breath-based meditation technique and a personal mantra (a charged sound that facilitates meditation) based meditation. Typically these two courses are offered individually but the premium course blends them beautifully into a single all-encompassing practice that begins with the potent SKY Breathwork and uses the void at the end to dive into Sahaj's profound meditation. One of the Art of Living Foundation's most senior and experienced faculty members Swami Sadyojathah ji is teaching this course.
