About Workshop: In this monthly workshop meets peer support group, we will gather to cultivate community and creative consciousness around the complex presence that smartphones have in our lives. Each meeting will include space for sharing and exploring creative prompts aimed at inviting curiosity, embodiment, experimentationand play into our interactions with our phones.

About the Instructor: Erika Callihan is a multimedia social practice artist who makes art that makes people want to make art. She first dreamt up Tech Support Group in 2017 & has been facilitating the project with support of the IPRC since 2021. Her work explores themes of the everyday, embodiment, interconnection, grief, dreams, technology, and her dog. She holds a bachelor of science in Art Practices from Portland State University and has completed a two-year therapy training program at Mindful Experiential Therapy Approaches. She has a creative counseling practice and is currently accepting new clients.
