Tilikum Chamber Orchestra's Concert, "A Musical Gift Exchange", with Guest Conductor Dr. Raúl Gómez-Rojas, features beloved classics such as Aaron Copland's Variations on a Shaker Melody from Appalachian Spring, the spirited Johannes Brahms' Hungarian Dance No. 5, and Richard Wagner's touching Siegfried Idyll, written as a gift for his wife after the birth of their son, Siegfried. This concert also showcases the talents of TCO's string section performing Edward Elgar's String Serenade, Op. 2, and the wind section performing Mozart's Serenade No. 12 in C Minor for eight winds.
