From chef Erica Burke, who also owns Volunteer Park Cafe, Chop Shop—serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a full bar—anchors the Chophouse Row complex in the Pike/Pine area of Capitol Hill. The food is very much Pacific Northwest: small plates of well-sourced, local, seasonal food, with plenty of vegetables. A signature meat chop (pork, lamb, etc.) will always be on the menu. The in-house juice bar offer fresh juices, house-made pastries, and grab-and-go lunches.
