Gokan by Musashi
Chef Jun Park, who also owns Wallingford’s beloved Musashi, has opened another sushi restaurant, this time with a menu featuring lesser-known fish and artistic platings. While much of Musashi’s appeal is its unfussy spirit and ambience (small, cash only, be prepared to wait), Gokan is a departure: dark, sleek design, and two tatami rooms surrounded by indoor water fountains.
