Stoup Brewing

Capitol Hill's sprawling, community-friendly brewery Optimism was acquired by Ballard craft beer favorite Stoup, and reopened as Stoup Brewing in August 2023. Not much is different except giant "STOUP" signs everywhere, trendy black and white wallpaper, and not including tip in the price (yes, you have to pay for it separately now). There are still slushies, food trucks, an outdoor space, and obviously, beer.
It's a great space for gatherings, meet ups, and dates, and you can still bring your kids, dogs, and outside food.
