What They Say About It: Chef Doug Adams slow smokes our pork butts over Oregon white oak for eight hours until its fall-off-the-bone goodness is mixed with our famous smoked onion BBQ sauce. It's on a sesame seed bun, topped with an IPA honey mustard slaw, and sweet hot jalapeño and cucumber pickles.
