Alexander Baretich, designer of the doug fir-emblazoned Cascadian flag, Carina Miller, Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs member and chair of the Columbia River Gorge Commission, and Matt McCaw, spokesperson for the fussy conservative Greater Idaho movement, will chat all things border-related as part of Oregon Humanities' hybrid 2023-24 Consider This series, which has a "People, Place, and Power" theme.
