Grana Pizza Napoletana List
Married couple Maya Setton and Chris Flanagan first learned about portafoglio, a type of portable folded pizza sold as a street food in Naples, while watching Rick Steves' Europe on TV early on in the pandemic. The concept inspired them to launch their own pop-up selling the specialty at the Vancouver Farmers Market and at the PSU farmers market. Last Saturday, they opened a brick-and-mortar specializing in portafoglio and Neapolitan pies in the former Pizzicato List space on East Burnside Street.
