The Everett art gallery's first in-person exhibit since COVID-19 celebrates a subversive art form that's taken on a particular power in celebrating the Black Lives Matter movement: graffiti. Having emerged in the '60s in urban areas by youth artists, the medium "[gives] a voice to the disenfranchised," as the organizers put it. Check out work both tagged on buildings and made for canvases. The gallery is allowing a limited number of guests at a time and requiring face masks.
