Velocity Dance Center
In partnership with the Seattle Queer Film Festival and Three Dollar Bill Cinema, Velocity presents a dance documentary choreographed by Alex Crozier and filmed around Seattle. "Dance sequences creatively punctuate interviews with millennials of various ethnicities, sexual orientations, and genders in an exploration of cultural appropriation vs. appreciation, LGBTQIA+ culture, and feminism," reads press materials. The film screens on-demand with Bruno Roque of Seattle Dance Company's A Headlamp or Two: Creating Dance Through a Pandemic Lockdown.
