Spring is in full bloom, and chefs around town are whipping up special dishes to showcase the delicate flavors of the season in all of their glory. The seasonal Pearl District wine bar has assembled some of the best tastes of spring for its burrata salad, which is currently topped with asparagus, radishes, thin crostini, fresh mint, Moscatel brown butter, and some delicate edible flowers.

The Pacific Northwest-themed pizzeria says their Pizza Week 2021 special, the "Cloud Chaser," "tastes like Oregon in the springtime." The pie features a buttery thin crust with garlic oil, asparagus, peas, ricotta, wild boar bacon, spring onions, and spicy gremolata (mint, parsley, olive oil, chili garlic, and cured egg yolk).
