The following description comes from the event organizer.
The variety of sparkling wines is vast and complicated but we will break it down in a most enjoyable way . We will taste through 5 styles accompanied by a bistro-inspired meal of coq au vin and winter salad. And of course we will end with some chocolate ! The wines will include Cava, Prosecco, Champagne, Petillant Naturel and a Cremant.
Hosted by wine enthusiast Pamela Hinckley and wines chosen by Pike and Western Wineshop.
