Cheesemaking in the European Alps dates back thousands of years.  Recipes, techniques, and ruminant pastoralism are deeply rooted in tradition, which means the fromage that hails from these mountainous cheesemaking regions are tried and true.  Paired with our library wine collection has been stored and aged for several years. These wines are often regarded as the pinnacle of a winery's collection because they’ve had the opportunity to mellow and develop complex flavors and aromas over time. This results in a more refined and nuanced drinking experience. Tasting a library wine is like embarking on a journey through time allowing you to experience the evolution and depth that aging can bring to a bottle of wine. Join us as The Cheese Lady takes you on a delicious, deep dive into the various styles of these complex cheeses while sipping on Elsom's  ambrosia; plus you'll get a little something extra special.
