In Happy-Go-Lucky, the quintessential humorist shares notes on his life pre- and mid-pandemic—when once he learned to shoot guns and hung out in Serbian flea markets, he's now shifted to solitary walks and reflections on a battle-scarred country marked by empty storefronts and political graffiti.
