Her latest release, Ever-Green Vietnamese: Super-Fresh Recipes, Starring Plants from Land and Sea, turns her attention to primarily plant-based cooking, with irresistible dishes like smoky tofu-nori wontons and oven-fried crispy shiitake imperial rolls. At this event, Ba Bar Green owner Eric Banh and chef Chris Michel will uplift vegetables with a four-course dinner with dishes like grilled Asian eggplant, Malaysian laksa soup, kimchi fried rice, and coconut pot de crème.
