Downtown Dog Lounge is hosting a Barktoberfest Halloween Party at the Dog Yard in Ballard! We'll have fresh baked hand pies, bratwurst, soft pretzels, molasses cookies, and lots of dog treats!

Doggie costume contest entrants please check in before 1:30pm to have a picture taken . If your dog's costume is hard to play in, you may remove it after the photo.

Fall Beer Tasting Add-On: $10 pre-order

Four 4 to 5-ounce samples of local beer, cider or hard seltzer. Tasting vendors are:

• Fremont Brewing
• Peddlers Brewing
• Urban Family Brewing
• San Juan Seltzer

Tasting rounds will be available for purchase at the event for $12.00, or pre-order with your ticket for $10.

Event Details:

• Noon to 5 pm - Adults 21+ only (ID required at the door)
• Covid vaccination proof required to enter
• Human costumes encouraged, but must be dog-safe. No full face masks or long, dragging costumes.
• Cost of beverages not included with entry fee, except for tasting add-on if purchased
• Vaccination records for all dogs are required before entry. Please provide proof of Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella by uploading vet records to your pet profile prior to heading to the Yard
• Dog must wear a quick-release collar with name tag - no buckle collars or naked dogs
• Each dog may bring 2 humans
• Event attendees are welcome to stay until closing at 10pm if they like!
