The following description comes from the event organizer.

Open your senses to wonder, as we welcome the transition from winter to spring by integrating practices from Mindfulness Meditation and Shinrin-yoku (Japanese Forest Bathing).  We will stroll slowly through the Garden, down to the peaceful forested sanctuary of the Ravine Experience, soothing and replenishing mind, body and spirit with the healing power of Nature. Experience the Garden in a whole new way! Taught by the Mindful in the Wild team, psychotherapist Deborah Wilk, LMFT and naturopathic physician Jessica Hancock, ND. This 2 hour class involves walking up and down some gentle inclines.  $31.50 BBGS Member/$45 Non-Member.
