Shrub? What’s that?? It’s not a bush, it’s a fermented syrup and it makes a darn good mocktail or cocktail!Come learn with our fermentation fraulein, Frankie, about the two approaches to making shrub (one’s hot and one’s cold, and we’ll tell you which one we like better), how to ferment your shrub, and how to use your shrub for delicious and refreshing drinks all season long.
Get hands-on customizing your own shrub in class. Choose from local blueberries and raspberries (or both!) along with our favorite herbs and zingers to create your own one-of-a-kind flavor. You’ll go home with your shrub ready to ferment (it will be finished in just a few days!) and be ready for a whole new world of beverages!
**These workshops are 30 minute sessions. Please select your preferred time slot during our open workshop hours on the day that works best for you!
